Rehabilitation Services
Van Diest Medical Center, partnering with 21st Century Rehab, offers high quality therapy services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The rehabilitation services department promotes and advocates healthier lifestyles and wellness choices for all generations. The department works with inpatient and outpatients of all ages, treating a variety of diagnoses with individualized, patient-centered care. The rehabilitation services staff works with patients to help them maximize function and return to activities.

- LSVT BIG for patients with Parkinson’s disease

- Swallowing disorders (acid reflux)
- Swallow studies
- Speech disorders
- Memory and cognition
- Post concussion therapy
- Athletic breathing training
- Neurological conditions
- Voice changes

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
