Van Diest Family Health Clinic in Fort Dodge opened Monday, June 30, in its new location, 2419 2nd Avenue North.

The clinic opened as Van Diest Family Health Clinic in July 2020. It is staffed by two physicians, a nurse practitioners, Physician's Assistant, nursing and office staff and a clinic manager. The new clinic building offers more space for exam rooms, lobby and offices, additional services such as radiology, and parking for patients.

Patients are able to access a variety of services through the clinic, ranging from general practice and preventative health care needs to urgent health care services. Limited laboratory and X-ray services are  available on site.
