Infusion Center
Our newly renovated space provides a total of eight chairs, plus a private room with a hospital bed for extended treatments. A private restroom inside the Infusion Center, along with a nutrition center, and individual televisions at each chair allows for a comfortable and convenient patient experience. Nurses have full view of all patients from their work station.
A variety of specialty therapies are offered, which patients once traveled to Ames, Des Moines, or Iowa City to receive.

The Joan and Richard Stark Infusion Center at Van Diest Medical Center has been proudly serving patients since 2016. Staffed by two Registered Nurses, the Infusion Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3 pm. Van Diest Medical Center is dedicated to innovation, delivered with small town convenience. Amenities in the Infusion Center include warm blankets, individual televisions and iPads, refreshments and a warm meal (for longer treatments).
The Infusion Center offers a broad spectrum of necessary treatments and services in one, easy-to-access location.
