Patient Perspective - Norene Sorenson

The care here has been extraordinary. I have not encountered a single unpleasant person. The nurses are just wonderful. It doesn’t matter how long I want to talk about the disease process or my pills, they stay as long as I need. There’s no time pressure.

Everyone had a smile on their face, from the nurses to people who brought in the meal trays and the housekeeping who cleaned the rooms. There are some of the best techs in the world here, very encouraging.

Everyone here wants to help you. It’s clear that they like their jobs and like taking care of patients, and boy, does that show!
