VDMC named an Iowa Top Workplace
WEBSTER CITY, IA | Van Diest Medical Center has announced today that it is a 2025 Iowa Top Workplaces Industry winner. Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops tools to enable companies to build distinct brands, determines the awards.
Regional Top Workplaces awards celebrate organizations that have built people-first workplace cultures within their sector. The award marks them as an employer of choice for those seeking employment in the industry. This is the second consecutive year that VDMC has received the regional award. Only 50 Iowa organizations with 499 or fewer employees received the healthcare industry honor.
Earlier this year, VDMC was named a Top Workplace for the Healthcare Industry for the second consecutive year.
“I am so proud to be part of such a compassionate and skilled team. This award truly highlights your dedication, perseverance, and remarkable talents. On behalf of the VDMC Board of Trustees and Administration, I extend my sincere congratulations and heartfelt thanks to each of you for your outstanding achievements,” said Lisa Ridge, VDMC Chief Executive Officer.
Top Workplaces awards are based on feedback from a research-backed employee engagement survey, conducted by Energage. Details about how Van Diest Medical Center builds a great workplace culture are available at https://topworkplaces.com/company/van-diest-medical-center/.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
