VDMC Named 2023 MAP Award Winner
Exciting news as Van Diest Medical Center (VDMC) was named as a recipient of the 2023 MAP Award for High Performance in Revenue Cycle, sponsored by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) for the third year in a row! This is an outstanding achievement!
As a national award winner, VDMC has met industry-standard revenue cycle benchmarks, implemented the patient-centered recommendations and best practices embodied in HFMA’s Healthcare Dollars & Sense® initiatives, and achieved outstanding patient satisfaction. VDMC was one of only two Critical Access Hospitals nationwide to receive this year’s award AND the top winner in our category!!
