Black Bean Fiesta & Southwestern Style Pinto Bean Nachos
Ingredients:
1 deli-cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded Optional Topping: sour cream drizzle |

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Remove skin and pull and shred rotisserie chicken. Set aside.
- Place tortilla chips on bottom of a 9" x 13" baking sheet. Tip: Line baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Layer chicken, BUSH'S Black Bean Fiesta® and BUSH'S Southwestern Style Pinto Beans® on top of tortilla chips. Cover with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with avocado and roasted corn cooked according to directions.
- Add sliced jalapefio and optional toppings, as desired.
