Black Bean Fiesta & Southwestern Style Pinto Bean Nachos


1 deli-cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 pkg (10 oz) yellow corn tortilla chips 
1 can (15.5 oz) BUSH'S Black Bean Fiesta® 
1 can (15-4 oz) BUSH'S Southwestern Style Pinto Beans® 
1 bag (8 oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 avocados, diced
1 can (14.75 oz) whole kernel fire-roasted corn blend, drained fresh jalapeno,sliced

Optional Topping: sour cream drizzle


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove skin and pull and shred rotisserie chicken. Set aside.
  3. Place tortilla chips on bottom of a 9" x 13" baking sheet. Tip: Line baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  4. Layer chicken, BUSH'S Black Bean Fiesta® and BUSH'S Southwestern Style Pinto Beans® on top of tortilla chips. Cover with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and top with avocado and roasted corn cooked according to directions.
  7. Add sliced jalapefio and optional toppings, as desired.
