Patient Accounts Statement Issue
Please Note: In January 2020, a system issue was identified that prevented statements from generating for some patient accounts, therefore you may receive a bill for older dates of service as a result of the issue.
Contact the Patient Accounts department at 515-832-7715 if:
- You have not received a statement OR stopped receiving statements
- You have questions about a statement you received
- You have concerns that your statement does not include all accounts
