All co-payments and coinsurance requirements are expected at the time services are provided. Following insurance remittance, patients with an account balance will receive a monthly statement. You may pay by cash, check, debit, or credit card (MasterCard or VISA  accepted). You may also pay your bill online, in person, by mail, or telephone. If you are not covered by an insurance plan, please meet with one of our Patient Account Representatives who can discuss payment arrangement options.
