Job Details

A $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS is being offered to the successful candidate for this position.

Plans, coordinates and provides administrative direction for the Laboratory department. Assumes role of “Technical/General Supervisor” as mandated by Federal CLIA regulations.

Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. Supervises all staff members within the Laboratory which includes: Medical Laboratory Technologists BS (ASCP), Medical Laboratory Technicians (ASCP).

Wage commensurate with experience.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Medical Technology

• ASCP registered, or equivalent credentialing body

• 3-5 years hospital experience with demonstrated supervisory capabilities preferred.
